01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and e789 ("we", "us", "the platform") governing your access to and use of the e789 online gaming platform available at e789.vu.

Your use of the platform, including registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or bet, constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. 03 Account Registration

This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine contact details, and a payment method registered in your name. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately. e789 will not be held liable for losses resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.

Accounts registered using temporary email addresses, virtual private networks (VPNs) to mask your location, or other methods designed to circumvent eligibility requirements may be closed without notice.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on e789 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The platform does not accept or process transactions in any other currency.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal channels include Philippine online banking services (InstaPay, PESONet), and local e-wallets supported by the platform at the time of your transaction. The specific channels available to you will be shown in your account dashboard.

• Cryptocurrency and crypto-based transactions are not accepted.
• Credit card deposits are not accepted for betting or wagering purposes.
• The payment account you use must be registered in your own name – third-party payments are not permitted.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that matches your verified account name.
• Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed within your account settings.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. This involves submitting a clear copy of a valid Philippine government-issued ID and confirmation of your registered payment method. Withdrawal requests submitted before verification is complete will be placed on hold until the process is finalised.

Processing times vary depending on the channel used. e789 aims to process verified withdrawal requests promptly, but we cannot guarantee specific turnaround times as delays may occur due to banking procedures outside our control.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

e789 offers promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that will be stated on the relevant promotion page. You should read those terms carefully before opting in to any offer.

General rules that apply to all e789 promotions:

• Bonuses are only available to players who meet the eligibility criteria stated for each specific offer.

• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless an offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses have expiry periods. Unused bonus funds or incomplete wagering requirements after the expiry date will be forfeited.
• e789 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted in and met partial wagering requirements will not be disadvantaged retroactively.

06 Gameplay and Betting Rules

All games available on e789 – including slots, live casino tables, sports betting, eBingo, and online poker – are subject to their individual game rules in addition to these Terms. Game-specific rules are accessible within each game or game category.

Bets placed and confirmed are final. e789 will not reverse a settled bet except in cases of a verified technical error on our part. If you believe a result was affected by a technical fault, you must contact support within 48 hours of the event or game session in question.

• Placing bets on behalf of another person is not permitted.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on e789. Engaging in any of them may result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Registering more than one account.
• Providing false or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using another person's identity or payment method.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker or other multiplayer games.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, using a VPN or proxy to disguise your actual location.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing platform staff or other players through any communication channel.

e789 monitors accounts for irregular activity. Accounts flagged for investigation may be temporarily restricted from withdrawals until the review is complete. We cooperate fully with relevant authorities where required by law.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

e789 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if we have reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been violated, that fraudulent activity has occurred, or that continued account access poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

If your account is closed for a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach. You will be notified of the closure and the reason where legally permissible to do so.

You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. If you have a remaining PHP balance and your account is in good standing, it will be returned to you via your verified payment method after standard processing and verification checks.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the e789 platform – including but not limited to the website design, logos, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and data – is owned by or licensed to e789 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of e789's intellectual property may result in legal action in addition to account closure.

10 Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded by law.
